How does our original caramel get even better? With sea salt and chocolate! We layer our original caramel - made with Clover cream and Gilt Edge butter - with 72% dark chocolate from San Francisco-based Guittard Chocolate Company (sourced from fair-trade beans) and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Our caramels are not enrobed, meaning they have a delicious ratio of caramel to chocolate - and they are co-founder Celia’s favorite flavor :-)
Our clear 4-piece bag (2.3 oz / 65 grams) is plant-based and compostable. Our 10-piece box (5.8 oz / 184 grams) features a cream box with cream ribbon, and our 20-piece box (12 oz / 340 grams) is a natural kraft with tan ribbon.
Our caramel wrappers are made with cellophane, which is derived from trees and is also compostable!
